Dear Families,

As we enter the final stretch of the school year, the energy in our hallways is palpable! This is a season of transition, but more importantly, it is a season of celebration.

Our students have spent the last several months growing, questioning, and discovering. Now, it is time for them to shine and show us how far they have come.

🌟 State Testing: A Chance to Shine

Over the coming weeks, our students will participate in state assessments. While "testing" can sometimes feel daunting, we view this as a valuable opportunity for our students to demonstrate their hard work.

To help your child feel confident and prepared, we recommend:

• Restful Nights: Ensuring they get plenty of sleep.
• Nutritious Mornings: A healthy breakfast goes a long way in fueling focus.
• Encouragement: A simple "I’m proud of your effort" can do wonders for a student’s mindset.

📚 Honoring Academic Growth

Beyond the test scores, we are looking back at a year filled with incredible milestones. From mastering new reading levels to tackling complex math problems and exploring scientific wonders, our students have much to be proud of.

We will be hosting several end-of-year events to honor these achievements, including our GATE Expo, Children's Day, Riverview Showcase, and 8th Grade Promotion.  Please keep an eye on our school calendar for specific dates and times.

While the end of the year moves quickly, we remain committed to keeping our students engaged and focused on learning until the very last bell. Thank you for your continued partnership and for being our students' biggest cheerleaders.
